Can confirm this it's also happening on the mainline. Still only seems to occur with Mario Odyssey. As soon as I switch over to 60Hz with the game running it only take 2 or 3 presses of F11. I pressed F11 at least 200 times with the game running at 120Hz and 165Hz.

Update: Initially thought running the game with vulkan and gsync off was the issue, however I know now that it is running the game with vulkan. The only thing I haven't done is try the mainline which I'm going to do. It was recommended to try a page file and sfc scannow but neither have fixed the issue. I uploaded a log to yuzu support and they couldn't find an issue. I'm running Windows 11 22H2 and I'm using a GTX 1080ti, Nvidia driver 512.95 and an 8086K. I tested other games with vulkan and can't produce it. I can't produce it with opengl and mario odyssey. So far I can only produce it in Mario odyssey. It exits fullscreen perfectly fine when at higher refresh rates like 85Hz, 120Hz, and 165Hz. I'm able to escape removing my display cable and plugging it back in, either the TV's HDMI or the display port cable for the monitor. The emulator continues to run but I lose all control to my keyboard, mouse and controller. If I run the game with in fullscreen hitting F11 usually causes it to get stuck in fullscreen.
